- Ensure that AOIS follows all required rules, regulation and procedures mandated by the relevant authorities such as DRAP and DHO to ensure that AOIS is in full legal compliance.
- Maintain all records, dossiers, COAs, and technical documents related to AOIS products
- Be the focal person between AOIS and DRAP, DHO and other regulatory bodies.
- You are to represent the best interest of AOIS as well as ensure that the communications from the regulatory bodies are communicated correctly and on time to senior management.
- Take responsibility to of the store room to ensure that products are being stored and maintained as per stipulations mentioned in Schedule.
- Ensure that products are stored in temperature surroundings of 25C and less.
- Regularly visit DRAP website to see and analyze and new requirements or procedures.
- Visit stores in which AOIS products are being retailed and ensure that they are kept as per OEM procedures
- Undertake analysis of dietary supplement competitors and recommend strategies for us to be competitive
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
- Any other task assigned by senior management
