Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Specialist to join our fully remote team. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing, customizing, supporting, and optimizing Dynamics 365 F&O solutions to enhance business operations and ensure smooth system performance. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of ERP processes to help drive efficiency across finance, supply chain, procurement, and operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, customize, and provide ongoing support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions.
- Manage system integrations, workflows, and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Support finance, operations, supply chain, procurement, and related ERP modules.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to optimize ERP processes and reporting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot system issues promptly and deliver timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct testing, system upgrades, and deployment activities to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
- Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Train end users and provide ongoing support to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementation, customization, and support.
- Knowledge of finance, supply chain, operations, procurement, or inventory management modules.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
- Availability for a full-time remote role, Monday to Friday. Preference will be given to candidates based in Lahore.
