Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant

SourceTek is looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to join their IT team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This role involves close collaboration with US-based clients, requiring a detail-oriented professional with extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering tailored ERP solutions that meet client requirements. A strong background in both the functional and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O implementation and support is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and implement various Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and related areas.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into clear functional and technical designs.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, and integration with third-party applications to ensure seamless operations.
- Design and maintain workflows, security roles, and business process automation within the Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any functional or technical issues that arise across the platform.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), provide training sessions, and prepare comprehensive documentation for end users.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and end users, maintaining direct communication with US clients to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Keep up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance service quality.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX.
- Strong functional and/or technical expertise in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Trade & Logistics modules within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Proven experience with data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools such as SSRS or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage in client-facing interactions, especially with US-based clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Familiarity with X++ development or Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS) is an advantage.
