Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (F&O)

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both implementation projects and post-go-live functional support. This role is based onsite at our Gulberg, Lahore office and requires a full-time commitment. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, provide functional expertise, and ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Provide functional support to multiple customers by troubleshooting and resolving business and process-related issues.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, prepare detailed functional documentation, and collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Engage directly with clients through meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
- Work independently as well as part of a project team to deliver high-quality results within agreed timelines.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of practical experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to provide functional support and resolve complex business issues across multiple clients.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 functional modules and associated business processes.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
