Dynasoft Cloud seeks a talented Netsuite Practice Director to oversee all NetSuite implementation and consulting services. This role requires technical proficiency in NetSuite software, project management skills, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite consultants, providing guidance and support in project execution and professional development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Participate in pre-sales & business development activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored NetSuite solutions to meet their needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of NetSuite implementation projects, from initial planning and scoping to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and financial targets.
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively, resolving issues that may arise during the project.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including core modules such as financials, CRM, and inventory management, as well as customization and integration capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest NetSuite releases and best practices, advising clients on opportunities for optimization and enhancement of their systems.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, and Business Administration, or a related field.
- NetSuite certification(s) strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in leading NetSuite implementation projects, with a minimum of 12+ years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and senior management.
- Solid understanding of business processes across various industries, with the ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions.
- Committed to continuous learning and development, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this role.
