e-BizSoft is looking for an Application Developer for its Ecommerce / Odoo team at its Karachi Office.
Responsibilities:
- Work on full life-cycle implementations, customizations, and integrations for Odoo ERP platform.
- Work on implementations, integrations and customizations of mainstream ecommerce platforms including but not limited to WooCommerce and Magento.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Implement and deploy modules and their customizations and integrations.
- Project scoping, estimation, fit-gap analysis, testing, post-live training, and customer support.
- Program solutions using WordPress, LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP) and Python.
Skills:
- Ability to map & implement clients’ business requirements in accounting and ecommerce apps.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with ecommerce application development with integration to any financial accounting apps.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or similar discipline. Strong core technical skills & experience that are required:
- LAMP (Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP)
- Python
- WordPress (including WP plugin development)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX web development
- MySQL DBMS maintenance and development
- Skills that will be a plus:
- WooCommerce
- Odoo ERP
- SEO / digital marketing
- Other skills:
- Strong object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Problem solving
- Research and development skills
- Ability to quickly learn and work on new tools & technologies
- Excellent written and oral communications with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, in a team environment
- Proven capability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Project scoping, analysis, and estimation
