E-Book Upsellers

We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-Book Upseller to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upselling and sales within the e-book industry, with a proven ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the drive to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities
- Actively upsell e-book products to existing and potential customers to achieve monthly sales targets ranging from $10,000 to $15,000.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate e-book products or services that add value.
- Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close additional sales effectively.
- Maintain a target-driven approach while managing time efficiently to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that improve overall sales performance.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for personal sales goals.
- Manage on-site night shifts as required to support business operations.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-book upselling or related sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
- Self-motivated and confident in closing sales and upselling additional products.
- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor recommendations accordingly.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience specifically within the e-book or digital content sales domain is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs200,000 based on performance.
