We are seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Assistant to join our on-site team in Gujranwala. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience, as comprehensive training will be provided. The successful candidate will support daily e-commerce operations by updating product listings, managing inventory, processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining customer records. Additionally, the role involves monitoring store performance, preparing basic sales reports, and assisting with promotional activities such as discounts, campaigns, and content updates across various e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Assist with order processing and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and handle basic support enquiries professionally.
- Monitor online store performance and prepare simple weekly sales reports for management review.
- Support promotional activities including setting up discounts, managing campaigns, and updating content.
- Coordinate with customer service and digital teams to resolve enquiries and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Learn and adhere to best practices in e-commerce operations and platform management.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as eBay, Amazon, and online stores. Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic online tools for data management.
- Good written communication skills to effectively respond to customer enquiries.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work on-site in Gujranwala.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills; prior internship or project experience in a digital environment is a plus but not essential.
