We are looking for a committed E-commerce Assistant to join our team full-time at our Gulberg 2 office in Lahore. This role focuses on supporting the daily operations of our online store by managing product listings, conducting market research, and assisting with overall store activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams such as design, marketing, and development to boost product visibility and drive sales. This position requires onsite presence with working hours from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, aligning with international market schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all activities related to the online store, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Create, update, and maintain accurate and appealing product listings.
- Conduct detailed product and market research to support strategic decisions.
- Monitor product performance, pricing strategies, and competitor offerings.
- Assist in initiatives aimed at improving product visibility and increasing sales.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including design, marketing, and development departments.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies to maintain store integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with online marketplaces is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their functionalities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to facilitate teamwork and coordination.
- Ability to work full-time onsite during the specified hours.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Minimum of one year’s experience with platforms such as Amazon or eBay is an advantage.
- Familiarity with product research tools will be beneficial.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 100,000.
- Scheduled breaks during shifts to support productivity and well-being.
