E-Commerce Back Office Executives

We are seeking 1–2 motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as E-Commerce Back Office Executives based in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role involves managing daily e-commerce back-office operations to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling online orders, coordinating with logistics partners, maintaining product information, and supporting internal teams to facilitate efficient order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process online orders through the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor order status including confirmations, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments.
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, order modifications, and returns professionally.
- Prepare and maintain daily order reports and sales records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order management processes.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
