E-Commerce Back Office Executives

We are seeking 1–2 motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as E-Commerce Back Office Executives in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce back-office operations to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling various tasks related to online order management, inventory updates, and coordination with logistics partners, contributing to the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process online orders through the e-commerce website efficiently.
- Monitor order statuses including confirmations, dispatches, and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory levels regularly.
- Handle customer inquiries, process order modifications, and manage returns professionally.
- Maintain accurate daily order reports and sales records for internal tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and resolve operational challenges.

Required Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and order management processes.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Fresh graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
