Genixa Services is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee product listings and customer service for our eBay and WooCommerce stores. The successful candidate will ensure product information is accurate and up to date, handle customer inquiries professionally, and work closely with the warehouse team to facilitate smooth order dispatch. This position requires someone who can work independently, efficiently managing daily tasks associated with online selling platforms while maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product listings on eBay and WooCommerce platforms.
- Upload product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and stock status accurately.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, queries, and complaints.
- Process and confirm online orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of listings, orders, returns, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to receive dispatch updates and ensure timely delivery.
- Regularly review and update product listings to keep them error-free and current.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
- Must reside near the North Karachi Industrial Area and be able to commute to the workplace.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with eBay and/or WooCommerce platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred; however, fresh candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Salary ranges from Rs25,000 to Rs30,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
