Ecom-Xpert, a growing e-commerce company based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Data Entry Specialist to join their expanding eBay operations team. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and specialized eBay account management. Unlike traditional virtual assistant roles that require managing entire eBay accounts, this position focuses on specialized tasks within the eBay business process. Candidates will be assigned to one specific area such as product research, product listing, order processing, or data management, working across multiple eBay accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product research by identifying profitable items based on company criteria, comparing prices and competitors, checking availability, and accurately recording data in company spreadsheets.
- Create and upload eBay product listings, including entering titles, descriptions, prices, images, and other relevant details while adhering to company standards and verifying listings for accuracy.
- Process incoming eBay orders by entering customer and order information, updating order status, recording tracking details, and coordinating with relevant teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain and update eBay account spreadsheets by recording orders, sales, costs, and other essential data, ensuring sheets are organized and error-free, and preparing daily operational reports.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and standard operating procedures to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client accounts and business information.
- Report any errors, account issues, product unavailability, or order problems to supervisors promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Ecom-Xpert’s eBay workflows and operational guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Previous experience with eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, product research, product listing, order processing, or e-commerce is preferred but not mandatory.
- Starting salary is PKR 25,000 per month, with potential increases based on mastery of assigned tasks and growth in the number of managed accounts.
- Initial assignments typically involve managing one or two eBay accounts, with opportunities to expand responsibilities as skills develop.
- Candidates will be evaluated on their skills, understanding of their role, and overall fit within the Ecom-Xpert eBay operations team.
