E-Commerce Executive

Diputech is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining product listings, coordinating promotional activities, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment across various online sales channels. This role requires close collaboration with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and support the company’s growth in the digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on the company’s e-commerce website and other online platforms.
- Ensure all product information, including descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and stock levels, is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales to maximize online visibility and sales.
- Monitor online orders and work closely with sales, inventory, and logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain consistency in product information and pricing across all digital channels.
- Prepare regular reports detailing sales performance, inventory status, and overall e-commerce activities.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and increase conversion rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
- Practical experience managing websites on platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

This is a full-time, onsite position located at MM Alam Road, Gulberg 3, Lahore. Working hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday.
