E-Commerce Expert

We are looking for a responsible and motivated female E-commerce Assistant to manage the daily operations of our online store. The successful candidate will support product management, handle customer communications, and process orders to ensure smooth business operations and high customer satisfaction. This role demands strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Upload and manage products on the online store platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Process orders and coordinate with courier and delivery services to ensure timely shipment.
- Regularly update product prices, descriptions, and images to maintain accurate listings.
- Maintain precise order records and track shipments until delivery.
- Assist with basic marketing tasks, including posting on social media and managing advertisements through Facebook Ads Manager.
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience throughout all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Female candidate.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with internet usage.
- Good communication abilities in Urdu and basic English.
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently.
- Previous experience in e-commerce is an advantage but not mandatory.
