E Commerce Front Sales - Shopify

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced E-commerce Front Sales professional to join our team in Karachi on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and a strong understanding of online sales processes. This role involves engaging with customers through digital channels, qualifying leads, converting prospects into sales, managing storefronts and product listings, coordinating orders, and continuously enhancing the overall buying experience. The position requires availability for night shifts and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with online customers to provide timely and effective support and information.
- Qualify incoming leads to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Manage and update the Shopify storefront, ensuring product listings are accurate, appealing, and optimized.
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze and improve the customer buying journey to increase conversion rates and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any sales or order-related issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order statuses.
- Adapt to night-shift work schedules and be available for travel as required by business needs.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an e-commerce sales role, preferably with direct exposure to Shopify platform management.
- Strong understanding of online sales funnels, lead qualification, and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts and travel when necessary.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic technical proficiency to manage online storefronts and troubleshoot minor issues.
