E-commerce Inventory Coordinator

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Inventory Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on supporting inventory tracking, order processing, shipment coordination, and managing warehouse-related documentation specifically for our Amazon and Walmart accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and update inventory levels and stock availability on Amazon and Walmart platforms.
- Track orders by managing tracking numbers, shipment statuses, and delivery updates.
- Prepare and manage shipping labels, inventory labels, and all necessary shipment documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Monitor stock movement, including inbound and outbound shipments, and identify out-of-stock products promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory and shipment processes.
- Identify and report any inventory discrepancies, shipment delays, or order-related issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all inventory and shipment records are updated accurately and on time.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in E-commerce inventory management is preferred.
- Familiarity with order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory coordination.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and reporting purposes.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in DHA Phase 5, Karachi.
- Working hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- The compensation package includes a basic salary plus allowances, with a monthly pay range of Rs25,000 to Rs50,000.
