The E-Commerce Logistics Operation Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, FB area. This role involves managing daily logistics activities that support online sales and order fulfillment. The executive will coordinate with warehouses, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, timely dispatch, and on-time delivery. Monitoring shipment status, resolving exceptions or delays, and maintaining precise records within logistics and e-commerce systems are key components of the job. Additionally, the executive will collaborate with customer service and sales teams to handle order-related inquiries, manage returns, and support promotional campaigns. Tracking operational metrics, identifying process gaps, and recommending improvements to enhance service quality and cost efficiency are also essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily logistics operations supporting e-commerce order fulfillment, including coordination with warehouses and delivery partners.
- Ensure accurate processing, timely dispatch, and on-time delivery of orders.
- Monitor shipment statuses and promptly resolve any exceptions or delays.
- Maintain accurate records in logistics and e-commerce management systems.
- Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to address order inquiries, manage returns, and assist with promotional activities.
- Track key operational metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
- Recommend and implement solutions to improve service quality and reduce operational costs.

Required Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively manage queries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a positive buyer experience.
- Proficiency in logistics management and supply chain processes, including order processing, inventory coordination, shipping workflows, and vendor interactions.
- Basic understanding of sales and e-commerce operations to support online promotions, order prioritization, and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Competency in using spreadsheets, logistics software, and e-commerce platforms with a strong focus on detail and data accuracy.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, capacity to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to taking ownership of operational outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
