We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage online store catalogs, coordinate order fulfillment, execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate closely with our e-commerce team to maintain smooth operations across multiple platforms and help drive the growth of our digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Store & Catalog Management:
Maintain and update product listings, pricing, inventory flow, and digital content across various local and global e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, and WooCommerce. Ensure all product information is accurate and current to support seamless customer browsing and purchasing.
Operations & Fulfillment:
Oversee high-volume order processing, manage Cash on Delivery (COD) workflows, and coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve any operational challenges.
Marketing & Promotions:
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. Manage discount codes and promotional offers while optimizing search engine visibility (SEO) to increase conversion rates and drive traffic to online stores.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, sales figures, and advertising return on investment (ROI). Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Customer Experience:
Maintain account health by addressing customer feedback and resolving delivery or service-related issues promptly. Ensure the online shopping experience is smooth, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Working Hours:
This position requires on-site presence from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with hybrid work from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Weekends are off.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including Cash on Delivery (COD) management.
- Experience planning and managing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer service and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours as per the provided schedule.

Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000.
Work Location
This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated office location.
