We are looking for a highly motivated professional to oversee and manage the full spectrum of operations for Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping businesses. This role requires a hands-on approach to identifying profitable products, launching private label items, and optimizing online storefronts to maximize sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify platforms, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers while managing customer service. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping operations. Conduct thorough, data-driven product research to uncover profitable opportunities across Amazon and other marketplaces. Manage the launch and ongoing oversight of Amazon Private Label products, including sourcing, supplier coordination, and product ranking optimization. Develop and enhance product listings with a strong focus on SEO, keyword strategy, and conversion rate improvements. Oversee Amazon Seller Central account management tasks such as inventory control, pricing strategies, PPC campaign execution, and ensuring compliance with platform policies. Coordinate sourcing, sampling, and production processes with suppliers and manufacturers, particularly leveraging platforms like Alibaba. Build and maintain Shopify storefronts, handling theme setup, app integrations, and conversion rate optimization efforts. Monitor key performance indicators including sales, profit margins, ROI, and advertising effectiveness to inform strategic decisions and drive growth. Lead A/B testing initiatives on product pages, pricing models, and advertising creatives to continuously improve performance. Manage customer service operations to maintain a positive and consistent experience across all sales channels. Stay updated on the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices related to Amazon and Shopify marketplaces. Utilize Shopify apps such as Oberlo, DSers, Klaviyo, and ReConvert to enhance store functionality and marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience managing Amazon FBA and Shopify dropshipping operations. Proven expertise in product research, private label launches, and digital storefront optimization. Strong analytical skills and experience with PPC campaign management and SEO strategies. Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and manage customer service functions.
