E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Manager to oversee and enhance our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Shopify website, driving online sales through strategic campaigns, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis to optimize performance and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all aspects of e-commerce operations and online sales channels.
- Maintain and update the Shopify website, including product listings, collections, pricing, and website content.
- Develop and execute online sales strategies through targeted campaigns, promotions, and website enhancements.
- Monitor website performance metrics, analyze sales data and customer behavior, and prepare detailed reports to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Creative, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to align efforts and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong expertise in managing Shopify platforms and e-commerce operations.
- Solid knowledge of online sales strategies, digital marketing techniques, analytics tools, and customer experience principles.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Work Location:
This position requires in-person attendance at the company’s office.
