E-commerce Operations & 3PL Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations and 3PL Fulfillment Specialist to oversee order processing, inventory coordination, international shipping, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations across the USA, UK, Europe, and other global markets. The ideal candidate will have practical experience managing e-commerce fulfillment workflows, including Amazon FBA or similar logistics models, and collaborating with international 3PL warehouses and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize e-commerce orders, including bulk order processing and fulfillment coordination across multiple international markets such as the USA, UK, and Europe.
- Coordinate inventory transfers and shipments to international 3PL fulfillment warehouses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to monitor inventory receiving, stock management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, shipment details, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documentation.
- Liaise with courier companies, freight forwarders, and international logistics partners to facilitate smooth shipping operations.
- Track inventory levels, stock movements, shipment status, and fulfillment timelines across different regions.
- Resolve issues related to order discrepancies, shipping delays, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination.
- Maintain accurate operational records including Excel or Google Sheets trackers, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reports.
- Support e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon Seller Central in daily operations.
- Manage international shipping and cross-border fulfillment requirements tailored to various countries’ regulations.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, Amazon FBA, 3PL fulfillment, international logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of order processing, inventory management, and warehouse fulfillment workflows.
- Proven experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers and fulfillment warehouses across international markets.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of international shipping documentation, customs clearance procedures, and cross-border logistics requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and handling shipment documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, and inventory movements within strict timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience managing e-commerce operations across the USA, UK, Europe, and other international markets is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with FBA inventory replenishment and international 3PL fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with international courier services, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- In-depth knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping requirements.
- The position offers a hybrid remote work setup based in Lahore.
- Monthly salary range: Rs150,000 to Rs180,000.
