E-commerce Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing daily e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, and customer order management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and Zoho CRM, along with a strong understanding of international e-commerce processes. Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce operations including order processing and fulfillment.
- Oversee Shopify store operations, ensuring smooth order management and fulfillment workflows.
- Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain accurate customer records and operational data.
- Coordinate shipping, logistics, and delivery tracking to ensure timely order completion.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, including modifications, cancellations, and issue resolution.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, internal teams, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
- Maintain precise operational records and ensure all orders are fulfilled on schedule.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or fulfillment.
- Proven hands-on experience with Shopify and Zoho CRM platforms.
- Experience working with international clients, preferably in the US or UK markets, is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
