E-Commerce Sales Executive

TechloSet Solutions is seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven professional to join our team in Faisalabad. This full-time, on-site role involves managing online sales, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by promptly addressing questions, confirming orders, and coordinating with internal teams to facilitate dispatch, delivery, and returns.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and online orders through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website.
- Respond promptly to customer questions, providing accurate product and order information.
- Confirm orders and follow up on pending inquiries, orders, and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order details within internal systems.
- Coordinate with relevant teams regarding dispatch, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure a smooth and positive buying experience.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales, online sales, or customer support roles.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations and orders efficiently.
