E-Commerce Team – Creative Designer | PPC & Listing | Chat Support

We are seeking talented professionals to join our team in various e-commerce roles based in Naya Nazimabad, Karachi. The positions available include E-Commerce Creative Designer, E-Commerce Chat Support Executive, and E-Commerce PPC & Listing Specialist. Each role plays a vital part in enhancing our online presence, improving customer experience, and driving sales across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Creative Designer:
- Develop engaging product images, infographics, A+ Content, Brand Store visuals, and advertising creatives.
- Utilize design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to produce high-quality digital assets that align with brand guidelines.

E-Commerce Chat Support Executive:
- Manage customer interactions including queries, order processing, returns, refunds, and complaint resolution across various e-commerce marketplaces.
- Maintain clear and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

E-Commerce PPC & Listing Specialist:
- Oversee Amazon PPC campaigns, optimize product listings, conduct keyword research, and implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize return on investment.
- Utilize tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout to support listing optimization and market research.

Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in e-commerce environments related to the specific role applied for.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in written English, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
