E-commerce Video Editor

We are looking for a skilled Performance Video Editor to join our team in Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in performance and e-commerce video editing, with a strong focus on creating engaging, conversion-oriented videos. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and practical experience with various AI tools are essential. This role involves producing high-quality video content tailored for Meta Ads, user-generated content (UGC), and direct-response campaigns, requiring excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual retention skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit performance-driven and e-commerce videos designed to capture attention and increase conversions.
- Use Adobe Premiere Pro to create polished, professional video content.
- Incorporate AI tools such as Higgsfield AI, HeyGen AI, ElevenLabs, Claude AI, and other creative platforms to enhance video production.
- Develop videos that align with Meta Ads and direct-response creative strategies.
- Apply strong storytelling techniques, including effective hooks and pacing, to maximize viewer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure videos meet campaign goals and adhere to brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in performance or e-commerce video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, supported by a solid portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Hands-on experience with AI video and creative tools such as Higgsfield AI, HeyGen AI, ElevenLabs, Claude AI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads, UGC, and direct-response creative formats.
- Ability to produce engaging videos optimized for conversion.
- Good sense of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and visual retention techniques.
