E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations Executive

We are seeking a responsible and organized E-Commerce & Warehouse Operations Executive to oversee daily Shopify order management, customer service, courier coordination, and warehouse stock maintenance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently handle daily operational tasks to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on involvement with order processing, inventory control, and effective coordination with logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Shopify Order Processing: Manage and verify daily orders on Shopify, process shipments accurately, and ensure timely dispatch of products.
- Customer Handling: Professionally respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and WhatsApp, maintaining prompt and courteous communication.
- Courier Management: Liaise with courier companies to arrange pickups, track deliveries, resolve delayed shipments, and handle returns.
- Warehouse & Stock Management: Maintain precise inventory records, monitor stock levels, and coordinate the movement of goods within the warehouse.
- Order Coordination: Oversee the accurate packing, dispatch, and fulfillment of customer orders to meet quality and timing standards.
- Returns & Exchanges: Manage returned orders and exchanges, working closely with relevant teams to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Daily Reporting: Keep detailed records of processed orders, shipments dispatched, customer interactions, and stock updates for operational transparency.

Required Qualifications

- Basic experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Good communication skills in Urdu; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and customer support protocols.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with courier companies and manage delivery challenges.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information

- Previous experience in e-commerce, order processing, or warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- This is a full-time position requiring candidates to be willing to work in Rawalpindi.
- Interviews and training sessions will be conducted in Lahore.
