E-Learning Developer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer (Instructional Designer) to transform structured curriculum and written content into engaging, interactive, and visually appealing eLearning experiences. This role involves converting foundational materials provided by the Curriculum Developer into storyboards, scripts, interactive modules, and multimedia learning content using modern eLearning tools. It is a hands-on position that combines instructional design, digital storytelling, and technical skills, offering flexibility to innovate and enhance learner engagement within a structured development process.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert curriculum content, syllabi, and workbooks into structured storyboards and eLearning scripts.
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.
- Apply instructional design principles aligned with the ADDIE Model, focusing on the Design and Development phases.
- Utilize various eLearning tools and multimedia elements—including interactions, videos, scenarios, quizzes, and visual storytelling—to create engaging learning experiences.
- Develop visually appealing content such as slides, graphics, and improved workbook layouts consistent with company branding.
- Produce or assist in creating basic animated or multimedia content as needed.
- Stay current with eLearning trends and instructional design best practices to continuously improve course quality and effectiveness.
- Ensure consistency in design, flow, and learner engagement across all modules.
- Optimize content for user experience, clarity, and accessibility within digital learning environments.
- Collaborate closely with the Curriculum Developer to understand content intent and refine learning delivery.
- Coordinate with the LMS Administrator to ensure smooth integration and functionality of developed content.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of instructional design or eLearning development.
- Some academic or professional experience with eLearning tools, content creation, or multimedia development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with storyboarding, learner engagement strategies, and digital course development concepts.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 at a basic to intermediate level.
- Strong creativity with the ability to visualize and structure engaging learning experiences.
- Good understanding of layout, design, and visual presentation principles.
- Skills in graphic design and video development using tools such as Powtoon, Synthesia, Vyond, Camtasia, Canva, Microsoft 360, Adobe tools, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate written content into interactive, learner-friendly formats compliant with SCORM standards.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in design and content flow.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Access to a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
- Ability to communicate regularly and collaborate effectively with the team.
