E-Sales Intern – Night Shift

DigixSoft is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. This full-time internship offers a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates and final-year students to gain practical experience in international sales. The role involves direct interaction with clients from around the world, providing a platform to develop communication and sales skills in a professional environment. The internship is based in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, and requires working on-site during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients through live chat, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services to meet their requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain ongoing communication and build relationships.
- Update the CRM system regularly to keep accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support the achievement of business targets.

Required Qualifications
- Availability to work permanent night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays as needed.
- Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and proficiency with computers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and internet browsing.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
