E-Sales Intern (Chat-Based) – Night Shift

DigixSoft is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic E-Sales Intern (Chat-Based) to join their growing team. This full-time internship is designed for fresh graduates and students who want to gain practical experience in international sales by interacting with clients from around the world. The position is based on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi, and requires working permanent night shifts. Interns will receive hands-on sales training within a professional environment, with the potential for career advancement based on their performance. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with international clients via live chat platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain ongoing communication.
- Accurately update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with customer information.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Required Qualifications

- Ability to work permanent night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays as needed.
- Open to fresh graduates and final-year students.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and comfortable using computers.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications and internet browsing.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
