EagleStar Communication is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with at least five years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Layout Design, Brand Identity, Adobe InDesign, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. This role involves the creation of compelling visual content, including AI-generated videos specifically tailored for our YouTube channel. The Graphic Designer will also lead and manage a dedicated team of 20 creative professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality graphic and video projects that enhance the company’s brand presence and communication efforts. In this leadership position, the designer will coordinate various design projects from conceptualization through execution, maintaining consistent brand standards and innovative visual storytelling. The candidate’s expertise in video editing and AI video creation will play a critical role in expanding the company’s digital media capabilities. Effective collaboration, clear communication, and strong project management skills are essential to guide the team and drive successful outcomes across multiple platforms and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and production of high-quality graphics and AI-generated videos for the company’s YouTube channel and other digital platforms.
- Manage and mentor a team of 20 graphic and video design professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Develop and maintain brand identity standards through consistent application of design elements, layouts, and visuals across all media.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences to create compelling and effective visual communications.
- Utilize advanced tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software to produce innovative graphic and video content.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring timeliness and quality standards are met.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest industry trends, design techniques, and AI video creation technologies.
- Review and approve creative designs and projects prepared by team members to ensure alignment with company goals and branding.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing resources and timelines efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth among team members.
