Early Years Teacher

The Orchid School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Teacher to become a valued member of our educational team. This role involves fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental milestones, and nurturing their curiosity through creative and engaging teaching methods. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences that inspire and motivate young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that promote the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of children in the early years.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to engage children and support different learning styles.
- Monitor and assess each child’s progress, providing timely feedback to parents and collaborating with colleagues to support individual learning needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, staff, and management to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Required Qualifications:
- A relevant qualification in Early Years education or a related field.
- Proven experience teaching in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks.
- Ability to design and implement creative, nurturing, and engaging teaching approaches.
- Excellent communication skills and effective classroom management abilities.
