We are looking to hire a results-oriented and highly analytical Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage the overall marketing realm for our clients. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and formulate creative and effective campaigns.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervision of all sales and marketing staff
- Prepare all tender’s quotation of Head office and all branch offices
- Attend Tender related meetings i.e. pre-bid, technical & Grievances
- Prepare tender related letters i.e. pre-bid, grievances of all offices
- Follow-up of quoted tenders
- Meetings with Doctors and administration regarding tenders
- Manage Supply orders of all offices i.e. pro forma invoices
- Manage the documents required for release of shipments
- Release of payments and Bid/Performance securities
- Correspondence with Principals regarding quotations if required
- Evaluation of Principal’s quotations with demanded tender specifications
- Demonstration & assistance to other colleagues, Rawalpindi and Multan office regarding all the equipments
- Weekly detailed reporting of each & every tender & strong follow up on quotation submitted by Head Office
- Weekly feedback from branch offices and visits to branches for their prospective customers
- Strong coordination with branch managers for public & private
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Commit to work at all times and participate in the day to day work – such as reporting, attending meetings as required
- Strong marketing in private sector and reporting on daily basis to CEO
Personal Specifications:
- Minimum 7 years proven work experience in the field of Electro medical Equipments
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Marketing or related field
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Positive attitude and loyalty to the company
