We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a night shift position at our office in Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. We are looking for a motivated individual who is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and has a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate work on time.
Fresh graduates with strong skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update large volumes of financial and accounting data.
- Work with Excel to manage spreadsheets, reports, and records.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, invoices, and financial data.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, and functions to analyze and clean data.
- Ensure data integrity and correct any errors or inconsistencies.
- Support finance team with bookkeeping and reporting tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Excel Expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Formulas & Functions (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
- Pivot Tables and data summarization
- Data Validation and Conditional Formatting
- Sorting, Filtering, and working with large datasets
- Charts/Graphs creation for financial analysis
- Basic Macros (a plus)
Accounting Knowledge
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts
- Familiar with ledgers, journal entries, debit/credit concepts
- Knowledge of financial reports like balance sheets and P&L statements
- Ability to assist with bookkeeping and financial documentation
