The eBay Expert role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing Amazonia Prep’s eBay presence. The ideal candidate will handle the creation and updating of product listings, ensuring titles, descriptions, images, and item specifics are accurate and compelling. They will monitor inventory levels and coordinate closely with warehousing and prep teams to maintain seamless operations. Managing pricing strategies, processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally are also key aspects of the role.

In addition to day-to-day management, the eBay Expert will analyze sales performance data, refine listing strategies, and apply marketplace best practices to enhance visibility and increase conversion rates. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is essential to ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfillment and deliver a high-quality buyer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, update, and optimize eBay product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and item specifics
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehousing and prep teams to ensure stock availability
- Manage pricing strategies and promotions to maximize sales and profitability
- Process orders, track shipments, and handle customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze sales performance and marketplace trends to refine listing strategies and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent buyer experience
- Apply eBay marketplace best practices to maintain and grow the company’s presence

Required Qualifications

- Strong expertise in eBay marketplace operations, including listing creation, optimization, pricing, and promotion tools
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and order processing workflows
- Proficiency in market and competitor research to refine product positioning and pricing strategies
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting clear, accurate, and persuasive product descriptions
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling product data, images, and item specifics
- Ability to use analytics and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with warehousing and logistics teams
- Prior experience in eBay selling or e-commerce account management; experience in prep or logistics is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy, including spreadsheets and online dashboards, with familiarity in e-commerce workflows
- Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
