Role Description The eBay Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, responsible for managing and optimizing Amazonia Prep’s eBay presence. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and item specifics, as well as monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with warehousing and prep teams.

The role involves managing pricing strategies, handling order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. The eBay Expert will analyze sales performance, refine listing strategies, and apply marketplace best practices to improve visibility and conversion. Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is essential to ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfillment and a high-quality buyer experience.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in eBay marketplace operations, including listing creation, optimization, pricing, and promotion tools.
Experience with e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and order processing workflows.
Proficiency in conducting market and competitor research to refine product positioning and pricing.
Solid written communication skills for crafting clear, accurate, and persuasive product descriptions.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling product data, images, and item specifics.
Ability to use analytics and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and propose improvements.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with warehousing and logistics teams.
Prior experience with eBay selling or e-commerce account management; experience in prep or logistics is a plus.
Basic computer literacy (spreadsheets, online dashboards) and familiarity with e-commerce workflows.
Relevant education or training in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
