Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize eBay listings to maximize sales and visibility.
- Handle product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management on the eBay platform.
- Monitor customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues related to orders, payments, or disputes in accordance with company policies.
- Stay updated with eBay policies, tools, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of eBay’s platform, policies, and seller tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
