We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Ebook Editor/Formatter to join our team full-time at our DHA Phase 5, Karachi location. This role focuses on researching, writing, editing, and formatting long-form digital publications such as guides, educational materials, and marketing books. The position requires working night shifts, either from 8 PM to 5 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM, and involves close collaboration with the audiobook production team to deliver high-quality content on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
- Editing & Formatting: Review and edit manuscripts to ensure clarity, consistency, and proper formatting tailored for audiobook production.
- Audiobook Splitting: Organize and divide manuscripts into sections optimized for smooth narration and production flow.
- Content Writing: Develop engaging content for newsletters, press releases, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Amazon & Platform Content: Write and optimize product descriptions, blurbs, and marketing copy for Amazon and other audiobook platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the audiobook production team to ensure timely delivery and maintain high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistency in tone, grammar, and formatting across all written materials.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in writing, editing, and publishing content for audiobooks and ebooks.
- Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and style.
- Familiarity with audiobook formatting and publishing processes.
- Ability to adapt writing style for various platforms including blogs, newsletters, press releases, and Amazon listings.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is considered an advantage.
- This is a full-time, on-site position requiring commitment to night shift hours.
