eBook Project Manager( Female)

Techsol IT is looking for a skilled eBook Project Manager with solid experience in managing eBook projects, particularly focused on upsell campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of upsell initiatives, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization. This role requires a proactive individual who can coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and use data-driven insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end upsell campaigns for eBooks, including strategy development, execution, and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance closely and generate reports with actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Ensure all projects meet deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organization to facilitate smooth workflow and successful implementation of upsell initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in eBook upsell and project management.
- Strong knowledge of upsell strategies and techniques for conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and organize complex projects effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to inform strategy adjustments aimed at maximizing sales outcomes.

This is a full-time, in-house position based in Shahre Faisal, Karachi. The role operates on a night shift schedule from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am, Monday through Friday, totaling five working days per week. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs100,000 to Rs150,000. The job also involves some travel as part of the work location requirements.
