EBS is a UAE based Accounting & Bookkeeping firm of experienced Chartered Accountants, providing various services to clients in the Fields of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative for our Pakistan office.
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating calls to potential clients. As a Telesales Representative, we are expecting you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Must be able to convince the client.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Track and maintain accurate records of calls made, conversations had, and leads generated.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the client using the right methods/tools. ·
Job Requirements
- Strong communication Skills,fluent English.
- Must have knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fast learner and passionate personality.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
Details:
Working days are Monday to Friday.
Timings 9am to 6pm.
Location Gulberg 3 Lahore.
