We will start with the basic compensation which will be K depending on your abilities and future salary raises can be offer as soon as 2 months from joining date and there will be no limits how many salary raises you get in a year since you will be controlling what you wanted to be get paid. For best performing workers transfer to U.S Office and U.S residency (green card) will be offered subsequently.
