Ecommerce Executive (Amazon, Tiktok, Ebay & Walmart)

Teknardo is seeking a dedicated and practical E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online stores across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, and Walmart. This full-time, on-site role based in Karachi requires a hands-on individual who can efficiently handle daily operations, solve problems, and contribute to increasing sales. Key Responsibilities
- Add new products to various online stores, ensuring accurate and appealing listings.
- Update product titles, images, descriptions, and pricing regularly to maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor and process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate stock availability to prevent shortages.
- Analyze daily sales data to identify best-selling products and trends.
- Support sales growth by optimizing listings and implementing promotional discounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues professionally.
- Maintain account health by adhering to marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Utilize Excel to record and track sales, orders, and inventory data.
- Provide regular updates on work progress and sales performance to management.

Required Qualifications
- Basic experience working with Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, or Walmart platforms.
- Ability to add products and manage online orders efficiently.
- Fundamental Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
- Competence in monitoring sales, pricing, and stock levels.
- Strong communication skills and effective time management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and continuously improve skills.
