We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Listing and Account Manager to oversee product listings and account health across multiple online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and the company’s Magento-based webstores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product catalogues, ensuring compliance with platform policies, and supporting overall client growth through effective online marketing strategies. This role requires hands-on experience with listing creation, bulk uploads, PPC campaign management, and fulfillment operations, all while maintaining high standards for product presentation and account performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance product listings, including catalogue specifications, product descriptions, images, and price adjustments on Amazon, eBay, and Magento-based e-commerce stores.
- Create and upload listings efficiently using bulk upload methods such as Flat Files.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon policy compliance and promptly address any account violations.
- Ensure all product listings are accurately priced, well-photographed, and clearly described to maximize appeal.
- Utilize A+ Content to make listings informative and engaging for potential customers.
- Monitor and manage the health of Amazon and eBay seller accounts to maintain optimal performance.
- Oversee PPC campaign management to drive traffic and sales.
- Coordinate FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Perform day-to-day operational tasks that support client growth across all platforms, including maintaining high-quality product detail pages and recommending effective online marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar e-commerce or online marketplace management role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of online selling platforms, particularly Amazon and eBay.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with the Magento e-commerce platform is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs130,000.
- This is an in-person role based at Arfa Karim Tower, Lahore, requiring availability Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays.

Candidates will be evaluated on their spoken English proficiency and availability for the onsite position as part of the application process.
