We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Listing and Account Manager to join our team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across multiple online platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Magento-based webstores. This role requires hands-on experience in creating listings, maintaining account health, and overseeing PPC campaigns. The position involves working onsite with a fixed shift from 1 PM to 8 PM, focusing on enhancing product catalogues, ensuring marketplace compliance, and supporting client growth through effective operational and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and improve product listings by updating catalogue specifications, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Magento-based webstores. Create and upload listings in bulk using Excel Flat Files to streamline inventory management processes. Stay current with Amazon policies and promptly resolve any account violations to maintain compliance. Develop engaging product pages using A+ Content to enhance customer experience and boost sales. Monitor and maintain the health of Amazon and eBay seller accounts, addressing operational issues as they arise. Oversee PPC campaign management to optimize advertising performance and drive revenue growth. Coordinate Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) shipments, including inventory reconciliations and logistics management. Perform daily operational tasks that support client growth across platforms, ensuring high-quality product detail pages and providing recommendations for online marketing strategies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce listing or account management roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in using Flat Files for bulk uploads and inventory management. Solid understanding of online selling platforms such as Amazon and eBay. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with the Magento e-commerce platform is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
