Real Beauty, a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce beauty brand based in Lahore, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Logistics Coordination Executive to join our Logistics & Operations team. This full-time role focuses on managing courier operations, resolving delivery challenges, and enhancing the overall order delivery success rate. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a thorough understanding of Pakistan’s e-commerce logistics landscape and Cash on Delivery (COD) processes.
Key Responsibilities
Courier Coordination: Maintain daily communication with courier companies to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Improve Delivery Success Rate: Identify causes of delivery failures, develop and implement recovery strategies to boost successful delivery percentages.
NDR Management: Monitor Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs), resolve delivery exceptions promptly, and reduce unnecessary returns.
Shipment Tracking: Oversee the status of shipments including in-transit, out-for-delivery, pending, returned, and delayed parcels.
Issue Resolution: Collaborate with courier representatives to address false delivery attempts, shipment delays, and customer complaints effectively.
Customer Coordination: Work closely with the customer support team to resolve address discrepancies, arrange delivery reattempts, and facilitate successful order fulfillment.
Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on courier performance, highlighting delivery success rates, Return to Origin (RTO) trends, and unresolved issues.
Courier Accountability: Follow up rigorously with courier companies to ensure adherence to service-level agreements and escalate recurring operational failures when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in e-commerce logistics, courier coordination, or delivery operations is highly preferred. Candidates should be familiar with major courier companies such as PostEx, Leopards, TCS, BlueEx, and Pakistan Post. Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required to analyze delivery reports and identify performance gaps. The role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, a target-oriented mindset, and the capacity to manage multiple courier-related issues under pressure.

Real Beauty offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
