eCommerce Manager - Jewelry Retailer
- We are entrepreneurs, with experience in the jewelry industry, launching an eCommerce sto
- We’re looking for a full-time eCommerce Manager to take us from 0 to 1. This is a foundational role with tremendous growth potential.
The role will come with the following responsibilities:
- Designing, setting up and optimizing the Shopify storefront for conversion;
- Processing orders & returns, responding to customer support inquiries via live chat, email and social media;
- Developing and executing go-to-market and growth strategies
We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:
- 3-6 years of eCommerce experience with eCommerce -- either running your own store, or a client’s
- Relentless problem-solving to with unfamiliar situations and technologies
Working Hours: 9AM-6PM (Pakistan Standard Time), Monday-Friday
Starting Salary: 100K PKR per month
