Ecommerce Specialist

Yuni Rides Inc., a dynamic technology and e-commerce company specializing in developing and scaling online retail brands across major marketplaces, is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Pakistan, with a six-day workweek schedule. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing Amazon and other e-commerce marketplace operations, playing a key role in product research, international sourcing, listing optimization, inventory monitoring, and driving overall sales growth. Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain e-commerce marketplace stores and product catalogs, ensuring listings are optimized for visibility, conversion, and sales performance.
- Monitor account health, marketplace compliance, and overall performance metrics to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct thorough product research and market analysis to uncover profitable opportunities by evaluating demand, competition, pricing, and sales trends.
- Source products by researching and communicating with suppliers in the United States, China, and other international markets, negotiating pricing, lead times, and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory levels and product movement across sales channels, supporting demand planning and preventing stockouts or excess inventory.
- Analyze sales, revenue, profitability, and marketplace data to prepare performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and support product launches.
- Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central, including account health, listings, inventory, pricing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Identify strategies to improve organic visibility, sales performance, and profitability on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in e-commerce marketplace management, with demonstrated expertise managing products on Amazon or other major platforms.
- Strong knowledge of product research, sourcing, listing optimization, and inventory management.
- Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and projects independently with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with marketplace data and performance metrics to drive business decisions.

Preferred Experience and Benefits

- Experience with international e-commerce operations, including Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with product research and marketplace analytics tools.
- Knowledge of international supplier sourcing, particularly from China and the United States.
- Experience with Amazon advertising, PPC campaigns, promotions, and product launch strategies.
- Background in private-label, wholesale, or other e-commerce business models.
