Ecommerce Virtual Assistant - Internship

We are looking for motivated and passionate Ecommerce Interns to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and attractiveness.
- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock information regularly to maintain availability.
- Oversee order processing and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Track account health and marketplace performance metrics through basic monitoring.
- Conduct product research and analyze competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to enhance product listings and overall presentation.
- Respond promptly to customer queries and marketplace messages to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns aimed at increasing sales.

Required Qualifications
- Between six months and one year of experience in ecommerce marketplace operations.
- Basic knowledge of Seller Central or similar ecommerce management platforms.
- Understanding of product listing techniques and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with ecommerce tools and proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
