ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Bring new Digital/VAS/Utility ideas through brainstorming sessions and following latest market trends
· Manage existing VAS/Web/App product life cycle management
· Handle the marketing & communication in consultation with respective clients
· Lead/Coordinate/Manage telecom operators for business requirements, support and issue resolution
· Overseeing advertising campaigns ( Social Media / SMS) and monitor the performance
· Determines end customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information
· Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
· Lead/coordinate/ manage CFTs (Cross Functional Teams) like IT, Engineering, Content, Finance etc to execute smooth VAS operations
· Carry out end to end product testing to ensure quality
· Maintain a track of all assigned Products & Services
· Gather all related information about a product w.r.t Marketing Mix e.g. Price, Product, Promotions etc
· Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing content data
· Enlist complete product offering in defined document templates

Skills and Competencies:
· Clear Marketing Concepts that would help in making product marketing plans and communication strategies
· Strong Analytical Skills that would help in measuring product performance
· Understanding of the Product Development Concept & Product Life Cycle Management with undivided focus on how it helps customer experience enhancement.
· Proficient in MS OFFICE e.g. Power point, Visio, Word, EXCEL for developing service-usage analytics and presentations
· Understanding of Content Marketing
· Ability to write engaging Content for Blogs, SMS promotions and Social/Digital Channels
· Result Driven & Deadline oriented
· Time management
· Ability to organize self and complete tasks as directed
