Key Responsibilities:
- Performance monitoring of the services/products on a daily basis.
- Defining and identifying points of failure and work with CFTs towards its resolution.
- Regular QA sessions of products to ensure that product integrity/viability is not compromised.
- Creating UATs and test cases for the various products.
- Identify improvement areas be it the user journey or content of the product.
- Maintaining all relevant documentation including service flows and change requests per service.
- Ensure best practices are followed in VAS test suites
- Conduct Surveys to gather customer feedback & loop closure.
- Conduct mystery shopping survey to gauge Business success rate of different services.
- Creative writing skills to help with content creation as/when required.
- Metadata management for the products.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong Analytical Skills that would help in measuring product performance.
- Basic understanding of the QA and all the steps involved in a QA cycle of a product.
- Proficient in MS OFFICE e.g. Power point, Visio, Word, EXCEL for developing service-usage analytics and presentations.
- Understanding of Content Marketing.
- Ability to write engaging Content for Blogs, SMS promotions and Social/Digital Channels.
- Result Driven & Deadline oriented.
- Time management.
- Ability to organize self and complete tasks as directed.
